Returns & Exchanges

We really want you to be happy with your purchase and love the RECK•LESS item you now own. You have purchased a unique piece that most likely is one of a kind. If the item has arrived damaged or there’s a fit issue, please send a note on Contacts page within 7 days of receiving your purchase, include the item description/style number (on the tag) and the invoice number, and we can offer options of exchange or return. We will email you a return label. Please put the item back into the box it came in, unworn and with all the tags of course, and ship it back. Once the returned item has been received at RECK•LESS we will ship out a new item for you or make a refund.
